The successful applicant will help plan, develop, and support sales related Applications and IT solutions along with related processes and sales support at Acronym Solutions Inc.
General Accountabilities:
-
Maintain complex enterprise application systems – Salesforce, Service Now and Microsoft Dynamics and their integration and relate the functionality directly to the sales team

Provide front line technical support to the sales department
-
Produce technical documentation
-
Assist sales with entering, revising and remediating orders
-
Participate in large scale enterprise IT projects and the sales representative

Interface with other units and required

Other Sales support as required
Position will provide you with the following Professional Development:

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work directly with the sales functional management to show the practical delivery of sales related software and how it is implemented (reporting to sales and not IT)

The successful applicant will learn how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, how to work as part of a functional and project team using both written and verbal means

The successful applicant with learn the practical use of various software tools to support the sales function such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Visio, Excel, Word, various database platforms and other tools that are used in the Telecom industry.

Practical hands-on operation of the tools to support a customer focused, revenue generating company – deep experience in the sales operations function

Develop skills in technical documentation

Participate in enterprise software implementation and integration projects.
Selection Criteria:

3rd or 4th year Computer Science, IT or related, Business
-
Understanding of Salesforce and MS Dynamics and how to use them
-
Understanding of SNOW – application level – nice to have
-
Familiarity with Networking concepts
-
Experience working in a team environment on multidisciplinary projects
-
Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with IT systems
-
Experience in producing various technical and performance reports/ document with various software applications much as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and the Office suite of products

Effective listening, verbal and written communications skills

Strong customer commitment
-
Demonstration of time-management skills
-
Team and Individual problem solving and strong analytical skills

Can work independently and in a small team environment

Ability to create new processes – design, document and delivery process and education
