Working with the Process, Reporting and Contracts (PRC) team in the Key Accounts department, you will support the largest energy consumers in the province of Ontario. 

 

As a Business Analyst Co-op, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience that will complement your academic studies. You will work collaboratively with the PRC team in the following areas,

  • Large customer contract fulfillment,
  • Database management,
  • Large customer project tracking and performance reporting,
  • Customer initiative development and implementation,
  • Process development and continuous improvement,
  • Customer communications,
  • Invoicing and payment activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the development, analysis and tracking of customer contracts and commitments to meet connection project deliverables.
  • Collect and analyze customer data from several databases (MS CRM, SAP, SharePoint etc.) to develop reporting for the purpose of business planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and dashboards.
  • Conduct quality assurance monitoring of databases and customer contracts to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulatory mandates.
  • Support Account Executives with managing large customer relationships by providing project monitoring, invoicing and project commitment tracking.
  • Prepare written material including web content, training documentation and process mapping.
  • Identify issues, problem solve and propose solutions to support continuous improvement of process, contract, and data management activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Discipline: Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Academic Level: Second Year or higher completed.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Experience with VBA is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, especially within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Self-motivated and proactive to complete tasks as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and attention to detail.
