General Accountabilities:

• Support the successful management and development of corporate standards
• Develop and update reports to communicate the status of standards development projects
• Perform a variety of duties, including record keeping, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and providing general support
• Monitor, on a monthly basis, the progress status of inflight work, identifying any variances
• Collect data to support analysis
• Assist in discussions, problem solving and issue resolution regarding process changes, implementation and ongoing work
• Maintain Corporate Standards SharePoint site
• Other duties as required

Selection Criteria
Essential Knowledge:

• Requires knowledge of office principles and Microsoft Office programs to perform data collection and input activities and file maintenance.
• Requires a proficient knowledge of English including written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively prepare written correspondence, assist in discussions, and interact with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of programming and databases considered an asset
• Understanding of business analysis techniques considered an asset
• This knowledge is considered to be normally acquired either through the successful completion of Grade XII and first or second year university.

Essential Experience:

• Ongoing studies in the field of business, economics, engineering or computer science
• Previous office experience
